Design Checklist
In order to properly output your final artwork to film, all4DVD requires the following:
Proofs: Hard copy and/or PDF proof (color output for all color work) is required. Adobe Acrobat PDF press-ready file is strongly encouraged as your final artwork.
Color Setup: All files submitted to all4DVD must be converted to either CMYK mode or PMS mode (Pantone spot color). Art files not converted to appropriate color mode may cause film output problems.
Assets: All supporting fonts and graphics must be included in the layout (TIFFs, EPS files, and/or placed images).
Accepted Files: All files must be submitted to all4DVD in formats compatible with the minimum versions of the following Mac/Windows software packages: Adobe Photoshop CS 2, Adobe Illustrator CS 2, Adobe InDesign CS 2, Adobe Acrobat 7.0, or QuarkXpress 6.0. If you are providing your project as an Illustrator file, it is highly recommended you outline the text of your final files to avoid font printing issues. Older versions of the above programs are usually unacceptable. As a result, we strongly recommended you provide press-ready PDFs of your final artwork.
Acceptable Media: CD-ROM (formatted compatible with Mac/Windows); Iomega ZIP (100 MB discs); or FTP upload. For FTP upload access, please contact us.
